When you create a Zyncal account we collect your name, email address, time zone, and optionally your Google account profile when you connect Google Calendar. We also store meeting data you create through Zyncal, including meeting titles, times, and attendee lists.
We use your information solely to provide the Zyncal service — to schedule meetings, sync with Google Calendar, send invite emails, and process payments. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
When you connect Google Calendar, Zyncal requests permission to read your events (to check availability) and create events (to schedule meetings). We store an access token securely to maintain the connection. You can revoke this access at any time from your Zyncal settings or from your Google Account permissions page.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Zyncal does not store your card details. We store only the payment ID and subscription status returned by Razorpay after a successful transaction.
Your data is stored on servers located in India. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Zyncal uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We use a simple self-hosted visitor counter that stores no personal information.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Meeting records may be retained in anonymised form for analytics.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@zyncal.app and we will respond within 5 business days.
